Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to rushan.pro, including the original browser game River Rush. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. The service
Rushan provides a free interactive game, explanatory articles, and related features. Scores, streaks, welcome packs, and bonus points exist only inside the service. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or services.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location. If you are under the applicable age of digital consent, use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Use the game as recreation and take breaks when needed.
3. Acceptable conduct
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights. Automated score manipulation may be blocked or removed.
4. Intellectual property
The Rushan name, River Rush, visual design, text, code, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
5. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may adjust rules or scoring to improve clarity or fairness. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that stored local progress can always be recovered.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility is otherwise limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach.
